Really Good Overall

I wish it had address validation or at least a preview of how the address will print. It usually takes a few tries to get to the login page...not sure why. It would be nice to be able to stay logged-in because I use it all day and that becomes a PITA. Overall I really like it though. It is super easy to buy postage and print labels. I love having a history of what has been sent and when. I use the address book and that saves me a ton of time. It is an affordable solution for what I do.

Works Great on Mac Too

We previously used Endicia and we like Orange Mailer better.

It's good for the amount that I use it.

It took a little bit of time to get used to it. I had been using another service and it was pretty straight forward. Sometimes when I'm trying to print the postage it doesn't want to print so I have to go to the history and reprint, which is Ok. As long as I can print it. I like that I can see when the mail was delivered regardless of it being Priority or just regular mail. I couldn't do that with the previous company. All in all, it's pretty decent.

This is an excellent service

This is an excellent service! We are a small law firm and we needed a fast and easy way to send certified mail return receipt. After trying other companies we found Orange Mailer and have never looked back. We now use it exclusively for all our mail. The easiest way to print postage…

The easiest way to print postage including the hard to find online regular 1st class stamps for free. Yes the min charge can be a pain but I find I rarely leave more than 3.00 or 4.00 sit in the account for any time.

Enjoyable and Convenient!

Quick, convenient, and responsive. Just keep in mind you cannot get a refund on first-class postage. It's enjoyable to use their service. Very straightforward.
