This product/program is excellent
This product/program is excellent. As a small business owner I was looking for a mail service that did not require a monthly subscription, but also did not charge over what the USPS was charging for postage. Orange Mailer is it!

At first the site worked great
At first the site worked great, but then it stopped generating the shipping labels. There is plenty of money in the account to cover the postage. I cannot find a "support" email address. I am requesting a refund on the funds I provided.

They are an amazing service
They are great. They seem to mail very quickly than expected. This service is what I needed to quickly invoice my customers.
