What do you like best? Very goodgood product for identity management What do you dislike? Sometimes passwords don’t work and it becomes hard to recover What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to identify customers and users

User-friendly

What do you like best? It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. On my homepage there are simply 4 categories that make reporting my hours and locating my employee info easily. What do you dislike? I have yet to experience any difficulties. I am happy with the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zero problems. Oracle has made it easy to report my hours and located my employee information.

Theres no clear "get started" tutorials for those who have never used it before but fortunately it's not hard to figure out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves more time than it did before while using a different software solution. Way easier management features

Great product confusing to use

What do you like best? I like that everything is central & in one location What do you dislike? I don’t like that it’s not easy to use, it can get confusing as to where to upload stuff. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have everything we need from clients in one area
