What do you like best? Essbase is a efficient tool for creating analysis. It is quick to add measures if these are missing in the cube. What do you dislike? We have experienced some limitations to the amount of information that you can add to one cube. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Flexibility of the software and speed. I hasve used EssBase for 25 years and have used it for so many apps. The flexibility and ease to develop is awesome What do you dislike? EAS managment is horrible. Java issues with EAS make my security team cringe What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lots. Essabase Road Map Presentation
What do you like best? I enjoyed the live demo of features that are in the works. I also enjoyed that we were given timelines on when the features would be available. What do you dislike? The time went very fast and not all the demos were completed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Essbase for our planning as well as a solution for our 606 Revenue waterfalls.
