What do you like best? Grid control provides a single dashboard for the entire data center What do you dislike? Monitoring and Alerting mechanism is not that easy to set up and manage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Diagnostic and Tunic pack is being used regularly. Also we use the RAC record and play feature too
