What do you like best? Grid control provides a single dashboard for the entire data center What do you dislike? Excellent tool to monitor your oracle estate

What do you like best? Fantastic product really effective to monitor your oracle database and middletier estate. Simple intutive GUI which is easy to follow. You can write your customized metrics that can execute against your databases or middle tier servers. Also the BI reporting is quite cool. What do you dislike?
