What do you like best? It’s a web based tool which manages softwares as well as hardware where you can also tune in several databases. What do you dislike? It’s very expensive is the only thing I don’t like about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It can handle a large amount of data and there a lot of documentation available if needed.

What do you like best? Oracle Enterprise Manager is a sophisticated monitoring and administration tool. It's easy to install and easy to add targets (monitoring targets). I like the security administration and patch recommendations. You don't have to look for required patches, OEM does it for you based on the targets you have added into it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It kept a log of all our issue tickets going back many years. Oracle made it easy to collaborate on issue tickets and work with my team members. It offered a number of features for formatting and inserting images and links, to make our issue tickets resemble an email. What do you like best? I like having all the domains and all server monitoring in one place. Easy access to get visibility into our entire system. What do you dislike?
