What do you like best? Syncs with mainframe system. Most data will sync. Much improvement from our mainframe system. What do you dislike? Some aspects from mainframe don't sync well. What do you like best? mainly the UI and to debug if I have any issues . Private cloud adaption is cost saving Lifecycle management helps a lot with data base and automation What do you dislike? What do you like best? The stem is set up to be beneficial to small businesses or large corporate management What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about the applications. It's been very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything including the kitchen sink, but where is the view I want?

What do you like best? OEM allows us to monitor, tune, and maintain our Oracle RAC with a decent set of visual reports. What do you dislike? When running a RAC environment it can be difficult to get to the correct node or back to the system overview due to how the website is organized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? OEM helps us identity problematic queries or performance issues before they impact our users.
