A lot of improvements since 11g

What do you like best? Query optimizer improved a lot since Oracle 11g What do you dislike? I have a problem with the way Oracle optimizes bitmap indexes and oracle support isn't particularly helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Ive worked with Oracle DBs thru my career, 20+ years and starting with Oracle 7. I find their DBs at the top of the class. I like Oracle DBs because of their stability. What do you like best? It is fast and reliable with GoldenGate taking care of most of our work What do you dislike? That the number column allows None/Null values. Reason is that when you export a Number column, it can have Null, 0 or INT values. Which confuses a lot of the dataframe frameworks. Lifesaver and easy to uselearn

What do you like best? build-in packages like util scheduler etc. all the differences with t-sql. Also optimizer :) What do you dislike? it is hard to learn all build-in packages they are very usefull but it is really hard to know each. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? My company uses Oracle 12 to replace Oracle 11 Enterprise database. I like the performance. What do you dislike? I am not aware of anything I don't like. I believe the change made in the back end is very smooth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can get the benefits of running my analytical reports in much faster speed. The data quality is good.
