12c Oracle Review
What do you like best? Oracle has always given customers a high-end Secure, Scalable and Powerful DB, with 12C it is starting to push the Cloud message, 9i= Internet, 10g = Grid, 12c= Cloud. What do you dislike? Complex installation procedures, when you see how easy it is to install MySQL then you'd think Oracle would make learn from their own product teams. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Database for customer OLAP system.

Very powerful and ribust Database tool
What do you like best? Robust,, much more advanced, very powerful databse table structures What do you dislike? Difficult to understand Warehouse and Mart set up concepts for new users. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Created Marketing database for the client. Manage all their profile, activity and transactional data.

What do you like best? Scalability, optimization, ease of management, versatile use etc What do you dislike? Pricing might be one of the pain points I can think of. What do you like best? Oracle latest versions are memory efficient with advance compression on the fly built in so that a huge investment in terms of disk space is saved.Oracle allows data to be controlled from a central repository. A DBA is responsible to create users, assign privileges, add records, delete redundant information, modify existing data and process queries. What do you like best? Oracle makes the most rock solid, extensible database product in the market. I've worked with Sybase, Informix (back when it existed, DB2, and MS SQL Server and none of these has stood the test of time and adoption as Oracle. What do you dislike? PL/SQL is very powerful, yet very daunting for new users to pick up. Oracle - Great Database, but do you really need it?
What do you like best? Still one of the fastest databases around in terms of performance and throughput. We built in-house applications using this as the backbone for running the entire company and it was a workhorse. Being able to pin tables in memory was an amazing feature. What do you dislike? The tools for managing and developing for Oracle are extremely horrible. For the price you pay, you would hope that it would be accompanied by an Enterprise class of tools. That would be a ...

Great Database Management System
What do you like best? Oracle database has a very awesome futures such as Real Application Cluster (RAC, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP and many other futures that enable the companies to manage their work in a very efficient way What do you dislike? I feel it is slow a little bit if you don't have an appropriate server with high speed and high capacity to contain your database. Recommendations to others considering the product Highly recommended
