Oracle DB 12c Makes A Mark

What do you like best? Oracle DB 12c has a noticeable performance increase when processing data over earlier versions. Expanded capacity for tables and schema is a huge plus. This, in general, is a welcomed upgrade. We have three installs since 12c was released. What do you dislike? The upgrade is a bit painful.
