What do you like best? working on Oracle cloud as Iaas. It is a pain at first but once you get use to then is fine. What do you dislike? have no control of the database creation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Oracle cloud have all the package for the high performance without cost extra.

Oracle db : Enterprise grid computing
What do you like best? Multiuser accessibility, concurrent access, most flexible, cost effective. What do you dislike? Restricted overloading functionality and no version control. Recommendations to others considering the product NA What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 12c is designed for cloud. Multitenant container db can host pluggable databases. We are using for banking applications.

Good employee software
What do you like best? It is easy to consolidate many employees' information into one space. What do you dislike? It sometimes crashes, which is inconvenient especially during peak usage. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you tell your employees exactly how to access and use it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to get all employees' data into the same software. Very organized for this.
