Excellent flexibilty
What do you like best? How much out of the box functionality is available. The ability to customize. What do you dislike? The amount of resources and effort it takes to build. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrations with other 3rd party Saas solutions. Oracle is flexible enough to address inbound and outbound integrations.

Good DB, awkward reports
What do you like best? Oracle's pl/SQL is fast and easy to use. What do you dislike? pl/SQL in Crystal reports is not intuitive. The user experience is not good. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used Oracle 12c for data storage and retrieval. Most recently, it was a quick easy way to store configuration data for a transformation routine I was writing.
