Oracle, still the database engine that can't be beat!

What do you like best? Robustness. It truly handles relational databases well, as well as all of the ancillary services you need for a fault-tolerant database environment. What do you dislike? Cost and marketing. Oracle has a high turnover in technical sales folks, or they move them around a lot. It seems I get a call from each new person and they are always trying to sell us something. We would prefer them to be more "on our side" helping us get our money's worth out of their product. ...
