Oracle big data is great but the cloud needs more

What do you like best? It’s a well established company that provides excellent support. It was extremely easy to integrate into RDS and deploy through the AWS cloud. What do you dislike? If you’re not using RDS then oracle integration into AWS is difficult. There is a lack of support through Oracle with regards to AWS.
