Fast for Storage intensive applications

What do you like best? the concept of container and pluggable databases is very useful and provides ease with upgrades, administration and support. What do you dislike? for smaller deployments and applications it could be a lot of cost What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Decent Windows Performance

What do you like best? Oracle is a well-known, often used database platform. In my experience, it runs best on Linux. What do you dislike? It's Windows performance leaves more to be desired. Multiple times, I've had to reboot the machine to get the database to come back up. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We utilize several services that use Oracle as their default database. They run great with a separate Oracle database server.

A solid database that can handle large amounts of data with ease

What do you like best? The ease of use, the UI is great, it allows the repair and access into the databases so easy. It is very flexible and I love the caching functions it performs. What do you dislike? The cost is pretty high, BUT if you have a large amount of data then it will pay for itself in the long-run over and over again.
