User friendly and convenient
What do you like best? Special functions like DECODE that are specifically applicable in Oracle were really useful. What do you like best? The implementation is fast and available suites like MS Toad are easy to use and view schemas. With admin rights you can use indexing to optimize your queries etc. What do you dislike? If you do not have admin rights it can get difficult to perform all operations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting and additional backend operations. Maintenance. Writing SQL triggers and procedures. Scheduling.

What do you like best? My organisation has two data centers located in different geographical areas. It is extremely important to keep the databases in sync at both the data centers in real time so that in case of fail over to passive node, standby database always has most up-to-date data.
