The app is easy to use and works exactly as advertised. I can quickly create new campaigns and schedule them according to our promotional calendar. Mustafa provided very timely support regarding a question about my plan. His reply arrived just in time and included clear, thorough instructions. Keep up the great work!

Mustafa provided amazing customer service
We used for OptinMonster for a year. Great product, but for our own reasons no longer needed it after the initial year. Forgot about the annual subcription until a month after it was charged, but Mustafa quickly helped out by refunding most of it. Great customer service and so customer friendly. Highly recommended

Quick fix to my mistake!
I had an issue (of my own making) that was going to cost our company a small amount every month. When I noticed my mistake I tried to ask thechatbot AI for help, but that didn't work out. So I started a support ticket and Erica followed up real quick, took care of the issue, and asked if there was anything more she could help with. Nah, nothing more, she was great! Thank you Erica and OptinMonster for the useful product and FANTASTIC support.

The OptinMonster pluging is awesome…
The OptinMonster pluging is awesome (even the free version), but they post sales support is top level.I do really recommend it!

Optinmonster, in offering to build our first campaign, went above and beyond expectations. Anton even added a Loom video explaining what he did and what I needed to do for the campaign to go live. Easy peasy!

Customer service is an art - and it’s not lost at opt-in Monster
We’ve used Opt-in monster for years. Recently I had a small issue and reached out to the team, they responded quickly and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. And a world where customer service is a lost art they excel.
