"Optimal workshop is useful for review a website navigation"
What do you like best about Optimal Workshop? It is a really structured way to gather real user feedback about the IA or navigation of your website. The tool also provide you with helpful results analysis.

"FANTASTIC tool!!"
What do you like best about Optimal Workshop? I LOVE almost everything about Optimal Workshop. I think the what I like best is the price and pricing structure. It makes it really easy for my organization to pay for what we need when we need it and not watch money go down the drain during some less used times. I also love how easy it is to set up tests. I was fairly new to UX research when I started using the tool and was able to pick up on the tool and the tests very quickly.
