Opsview pros and cons
Opsview Monitor is well built, with tightly written healthy code.
Distributed monitoring, great user experience (UX), and easy installation.
Simple to use, especially for first-time users, with an easy-to-navigate web interface.
Tremendous number of available plugins for customization.
Limited support responsiveness and communication for cancelling orders or resolving issues.
Possible limitations in the free version compared to the previous community edition.

Was able to test Opsview fully and understand the concepts an how it works. The documentation was clear an concise and very helpfully. Am still learning but am glad to be able to use this Opsview to improve my knowledge.

Opsview is worth the money
Opsview is a very nice piece of monitoring software with excellent support at a very reasonable price point. Highlights are the tremendous number of available plugins, the new user interface and the fact that Opsview will provide very good support in making it fit for your own needs.

Opsview for Cloud
We have been using Opsview to monitor our AWS & Azure Cloud solutions. The system has been scaleable for our solution and fits are needs. Excellent support for product and OS Packs when called required.

Price went up every single year
Price went up every single year. Support staff are lazy. 4.x releases were better than 5.x releases, the new interface sucks. I will be going back to stock Nagios this fall.
