An easy to use and reliable on-call tool.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to send alerts and define new ones programatically. De-duplication is also great. What do you dislike? I struggle with the UX on mobile sometimes (being unable to find who is going to be on call next and adding future overrides) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? OpsGenie fully supports our on-call rotation and it would've been near impossible to maintain our platform up and running without it.

What benefits have you realized? We were able to implement on-call ...
