Excellent Alert Aggregation
What do you like best? At Apogee we use OpsGenie as an alert aggregator. What i like the best is the ongoing developement of Application integrations. What do you dislike? I dislike the amount of configuration for users, I wish there was a mirror option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are upholding our SLAs through the notifications OpsGenie provides. OpsGenie allows us to be more agile and responsive to all issues.

Opsgenie Review
What do you like best? I like the notification rules, even when on silent I get an email a call and a text. I love the Mobile App. What do you dislike? Nothing! Color coded and everything is fancy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've realized that it is easier for me to determine when there is a VIP with an issue. When I am on call it tags the VIP from the integration in Zendesk and I am able to assist.

Nice application for managing On call schedules and live alarming
What do you like best? Easiness of configuration Very nice and intuitive GUI Quick ack all/close all feature for fast reaction Nice sales/support contact The testing period is very great. It really lets you the time to validate a PoC with your notification system as well as verifying that all previous solution features can be matched within this new product. What do you dislike? Just email integration might be extended to analysing the content of the mail more specifically. ...

Great solution
What do you like best? - The easy and flexibility for organising schedules and escalations. - The mobile app, which can ring an alarm even when I have alarms switched off. I have it with a custom alarm which starts very softly and gets louder and louder over two full minutes: this ensures I won't wake up to a heart attack at night but still hear it if in a noisy environment. - Ease of integration with AWS CloudWatch. What do you dislike? Sorry, I can't think of any serious ...

OpsGenie has changed my team for the better!
What do you like best? The alerting tree creation and the audible override on my phone. It's the only system that works for my team!! What do you dislike? Nothing yet. We have integrated to Jira and an online form for submitting issues. So far everything works well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to share the burden of folks being on call. Also the hierarchical nature of the alerts and notifying a wider team if ...

Efficient alerting, great support
What do you like best? Getting information frim systems to the alerting service couldn’t be simpler yet you still have a powerful logic available that can match any need. What do you dislike? The only gap for us is that it’s US centric running on AWS in that region. It’s hardly blocking but if the option to move to the EU would ever become available we’d be keen. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don’t hesitate to contact their support for any questions you ...

Awsome tool
What do you like best? Just pure good! Works always, never a hickup. The best thing, is that you can ACK events directly from the app! What do you dislike? Missing one option.. The option to add overrides schedules via app (Or might not have found it...) Recommendations to others considering the product: Just go for it.. you wont regret! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backwatch :-) never had a simpler way of keeping track

OpsGenie serves as a critical tool vastly improve escalation management increasing system stability
What do you like best? I like that OpsGenie has a wide array of 3rd party integrations including Slack. The Slack integration has vastly improved awareness outside of the Engineering organization to critical issues by feeding the issues into a channel that key stakeholders can be a member of. Being able to tailor different escalations for different channels means that we can reduce "spam" messages and drive critical information to intended audience. What do you dislike? I feel that ...
