"Creating test cases with ease"

What do you like best about Opkey? The test mining analysis from Opkey helped us figure out our existing coverage, which was quite low. We then paired their pre-built test cases with our mined coverage and were in a much better place. Opkey easily increased our test coverage to 75%, when it turns out we had very little covered in our old program. What do you dislike about Opkey? While the tool is really built for non-technical users, it still has enough features built in, that you can really mold the platform to your unique testing framework. What do you dislike about Opkey? What do you like best about Opkey? I remember all those late hours staying awake to test our ERP app updates on tight deadlines.
