What do you like best about OpenSesame? The customer service we have received from Emily Clack is outstanding. The comprehensive reports were helpful for determining how to proceed for the next year. Her emails are always returned in less than a day and she is available for a meeting with only a day or two notice. I receive emails up until 9 PM EST, so I see the extra dedication to make sure I receive a response.
