What do you like best about OpenSesame? The best thing about Open Sesame is the personable treatment that I receive from my CSM and all of the other OS members, including support. I also love having access to so many different publishers so we can truly select course work that best fits the culture of our organization.

"Great Solution for Employee Training Needs"
What do you like best about OpenSesame? Open Sesame has a massive library of courses from a wide variety of vendors. If we need training on a topic that isn't specific to our business, I don't have to waste time creating it. Why reinvent the wheel when its rolling around perfectly fine somewhere else? OS library allows me to search for the content and then choose from a vendor with the course style that will best fit my operation.

What do you like best? The customer service we have received from Emily Clack is outstanding. The comprehensive reports were helpful for determining how to proceed for the next year. Her emails are always returned in less than a day and she is available for a meeting with only a day or two notice. I receive emails up until 9 PM EST, so I see the extra dedication to make sure I receive a response.

What do you like best about OpenSesame? There are so many topics and courses to choose from. I also like the ability to filter what criteria best meets my learning needs. I like the ability to search for a particular topic, i.e. Trust, Giving Feedback, Compliance, Wound Care, etc.
