Ruined email deliverability, and signed a contract that they voided after 6-months.
What do you like best? It was hands down the worst SaaS customer service experience I've had in the last 5 years. What do you dislike? The inability to deliver emails. The fact that they did not honor the contract that they created and sent to us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to get emails to send again.

What do you like best? I like that we can target different market segments for different campaigns. Customer service is also very nice! Great cost benefits with tons of features
What do you like best? The flexibility of features that's included, with a design manager, custom fields, if/then logic, groups of users to define a signature for each of them, etc What do you dislike? It's a bit hard to understand at first, but then it gets better What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The process was and carried out fairly quickly. The design team was on hand to fine tune the design exactly how wanted and the follow-up team ensured the rollout went smoothly. Email Signatures without Formatting Issues
What do you like best? I enjoy that I no longer have to fear about email signature formatting across our entire company. Also, love how we can customize the email signatures based on our CRM information. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to see the actual output of the email signature when sending it rather than the shortcode. What do you like best? It is a pretty straightforward tool for implementing email signatures across the company. Support is also very quick and responsive if you have any issues. What do you dislike? We don't worry about signatures now
What do you like best? Before Opensense we had chosen another vendor and ended up replacing it within 6 months. We haven't had any issues with images not showing up or any technical problems at all. This will enable us to be more creative with signatures and use them as a marketing tool. What do you dislike? Some of the workflows aren't intuitive and can be intimidatingly complex for non-technical folks. That said the UX is much better than our previous solution. ...
