"Great for the technically capable, but lacks training material"

What do you like best about Openprise? At first, the interface threw me off because it wasn't as "pretty" as other competitors we were evaluating, but after testing and initial implementation I quickly realized it's not always about looks. After learning the basics I was quickly able to cleanse and de-dupe our data in our Salesforce CRM and the redundancy when it comes to saving copies of your data reassures you that you can rollback changes if you make a mistake.
