I’ve been using OpenPhone for years
I’ve been using OpenPhone for years. Sometimes it’s great and everything works fine and other times it really just sucks. If you’re using it for personal use it might be fine but for business use, it’s not reliable enough. I’ve lost clients who were upset that I never got back to them when in fact I never even recieved their message. Truly horrible experience.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love how fast they are at getting back to you when you have a problem. Also, the number starts to ring on my phone app and computer at exactly the same time so it's clearly reliable.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love that I can use Openphone both on my phone and laptop. This tool is so convenient for my small business as I can use it anywhere, including when traveling abroad. For the price, I think it is 100% worth it.
