What do you like best about OpenPhone? The platform was easy to use, and it was very easy to upload an existing contact list in an instant. I liked that it as simple and self-explanatory, and I really liked the interface as well!

"OpenPhone solves a very important small business need."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I'm a solo tax accountant and financial planner. I needed a phone number when I left my firm so clients wouldn't be calling my personal phone number on weekends and nights. OpenPhone solved the problem. Easy to use, nice basic CRM.

Beware of OpenPhone

Customer support is slow and authoritative. OpenPhone will block your account for made up reasons and when you try to communicate further to resolve the issue they will stop responding. If your business and your phone number are important to you, look elsewhere.
