What do you like best about OpenPhone? This app has rarely if ever missed a beat, the connection is second to none, and the customer service is at the top of its game. It has given me the ability to connect with my loved ones overseas in the US. The staff are prompt and go above and beyond to help you. Highly reccomend!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The features are great. The interface and ability to share with your team is a huge plus. Easy to setup, easy to use. Customer service response is great. OpenPhone even offers training on how to get the most out of their system for your particular case. The cost model is also very affordable compared to the competition. I left another service to switch to OpenPhone.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has a great design and is simple to use. Compared to other systems I've used, OpenPhone's layout makes it easy to navigate and set up. It's great for those who are not techies. It has many great features, including a caller ID name. The desktop and mobile versions work seamlessly together. Overall, it's the perfect solution for small businesses. I highly reccomend it.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love that the interface is so easy to use, very clean and simple while still having everything I need in a virtual phone. I love how easy it is to set up and manage multiple phone lines within the app, save text snippets, manage my contacts, and customize office hours and voicemail. "OpenPhone is a great tool."
What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is fantastic. I own a law firm and a few other small businesses, and I can cheaply have separate phone numbers for each business. There are a lot of other settings that allow you to customize the platform, such as voicemails and forwarding. It's great and I'd recommend it to any small business owner.

Prompt and compassionate refund
I signed up for OpenPhone to deal with circumstances related to my elderly mother. Then, I realised that the service didn't help us but missed the end of the trial period and was billed. It was very expensive for us for something we realised we didn't need and I asked them to refund our payment. They did within two hours. I am very grateful for their understanding and responsiveness.
