"Fell short for integrations"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone was easy to use, had good customer support, and did the basics just fine. We used it for a year or so and had a few issues. But overall good experience and a solid project.

"It is going to be useful but was quite annoying to set up as there is not live CS."
What do you like best about OpenPhone? The functionality of having a text messaging and phone calling platform on my phone is useful. I was also told that I can use it from both my work phone and my personal phone which is helpful.
