You should know also that the app and browser versions are vastly different. If you use a phone, good luck to you. Openphone has great customer support

I've been using OpenPhone for the past couple of years and can really say that they have amazing customer support alongside a great product. OpenPhone's customer support are extremely helpful and quick to resolve issues which is very much appreciated.

The best phone service for customer…

The best phone service for customer service and team focus team! Reception has great and we haven't any issues with drop calls. We used to use Verizon OneTalk and reception was more challenging, causing customer service issues.

Simple, yet powerful software

I love how simple OpenPhone is to use, how fast it was to configure, how quickly they registered us with The Campaign Registry, and the simplicity of their UI. Unfortunately, the lack of support for desk phones was a showstopper for us, but OpenPhone support did a great job communicating with us and even issued us a refund!

Great App & Customer Service

OpenPhone's customer service is very attentive and quickly helps solve any issues you may have. If there is not a possible solution, they make sure to reply with details and not just say it can't be done. Also, the app is great for communicating with my team members who live in the US.
