What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love being able to see, use, and know what is going on with all my lines in one great Ap or on the computer. I love being able to work with my team and everyone able to stay on the same page with clients and phone calls. We all know what is going on at all time.

"I Love The Ease on Using OpenPhone"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love the ease of using the Desktop version of the application. It also is so easy to add the sales team and communicate back and forth. I love that you can customize the data that you can add in your contacts. It's like it's a CRM and Phone in one. Also the dashboard is user friendly.

No technical support
I signed up for Openphone. I was trying to port a phone number into Openphone. Technical support only exists through email which takes 24-48 hours if you are lucky. It has been a frustrating experience and I still do not have a phone number ported into Openphone. I will not be using them.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love the interface, it's really easy to use, and it has good fields to leave important notes about each call, or each interaction, which is super helpful for daily operations.

You’ll be charged $156 for downloading their app
I downloaded the OpenPhone app to try via my Googleplay account. After about 3 minutes, I realized the service wasn’t for me and I deleted the app. I was never issued a phone number by OpenPhone and my googleplay account shows no record of my having subscribed for the OpenPhone service. Imagine my shock today, one week after I deleted the app, when I received a receipt from OpenPhone after they charged my credit card $156.
