"The Right Choice"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? What I like most about OpenPhone are the features and the price point. A lot of other second phone lines are costly and charge on a tier scale for features. As long as OpenPhone continues to provide great service, and remain at this price point, they have a customer for life.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Easy to use, works on IOS/Android/WebBrowser. Support quickly replies when needed and is always transparent when issues occur. Price is fair, and billing is easy to understand. The features are great; I love the auto-reply txt feature. This feature alone is why I left RingCentral.

A few glitches when sending SMS that is…

A few glitches when sending SMS that is something other than text but those buggs seem to be less and less common. Other wise great and affordable platform that has served us well! They are always update so that is a huge plus

"Easy to learn system"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open phone wasn't a match for our use case but as a whole it was a nice system that was easy to learn and set up. I particularly liked the import and filter options.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Really nice looking interface with great user experience. Mobile app is nice to use, and the back end of the website is comprehensive and intuitive. I am switching from a competitor whose app and website are EXTREMELY dated and not pleasant to use whatsoever. OpenPhone feels like a major, major upgrade. What do you like best about OpenPhone? We are a small nonprofit going from an office to 100% virtual. Our needs are very basic, mostly a system that allows us to flexiblybschedule office hours and receive messages during non office hours. It was a very low cost option that satisfied our needs.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is an excellent value for the money. It's more intuitive and easier to use than many other systems I have used, such as Dial Pad, Nextiva and Zoom Phone.

OpenPhone are Scammers

Scammers They marked my account for fraud. Which blocked me from accessing my account. I couldn't get any support and they said my free trial would not start till fraud was reviewed. Well it was never reviewed and they charged my 156$. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. My bank refunded me and issued me a new card. Then OpenPhone secretly approved my account. Using a paid service according to my bank they got my new card info before I even received it in the mail. They then ...

"Efficient and affordable"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? There's a lot to like about OpenPhone. I'd used a similar service for years and OpenPhone is far better: easy to set up, great customer service (professional and quick to respond), really clean interface and more options than I'd ever need! And so affordable.
