Signed up stopped using service due to…outages in service poor customer service.

Signed up stopped using service due to outages not good for business. I had paid for a year in advance. Did not renew. just recieved an bill for another full year of service. Trying to cancel put somehow the got my new credit card number and charged another year of service. This company is a scam
