Great Solution, better than Verizon One Talk
Very user friendly interface; great internal collaboration tool; easy to set up. Porting over the number was very simple. Customer support is outstanding and reliable.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? We love. the Snippets feature where you can save frequently used templates and instantly input them into a text thread. You can also add checkboxes fir each contact to act as a mini CRM if needed to track the progress/steps of a client's account.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? For years we have been using Grasshopper for all of our business communications however there are things with Grasshoppers that are very lackluster especially with no call recording capability or integrations with third party apps that will allow us to collect customer data so we know who we're talking to. OpenPhone solves these problems and so much more as well as saves us a couple extra dollars a month! 👍
