My problem was solved after an email…

My problem was solved after an email from Marion I did have to send two emails. When it was forwarded to her the problem was solved . It is a great service to have when travelling out of the country for me South America ..as it’s one basic fee per month. Well worth it!!

They are big scammer please don't start business with them, they will welcome you with smile and they will kick you without any support and guide. !! if you are planning to start with this service provider its my sincere advice please don't!

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with OpenPhone. The product is very bad, and the support is even worse. We relied heavily on the notes we made on every contact, but when we needed to export the notes, we were told by their support that it wasn't possible. This was shocking and unacceptable, considering it’s our data. We were told they might offer this feature in the future but couldn't provide our data at present. Very bad experience plus give us a lot of loss, those who are still using openphone will become victim soon, please revoke their service before they will do and you will have nothing to do except loss. they are scammer and i don't know from where they are operating this i am gonna file complaint against them. the way they are doing business is just making money and give damages to customers.

Very Poor service they permament…

Very Poor service they permament disable my account from order of thier partnered company stripe and only refund starter package amount all other 30$ invoices didnt refund they are working with scammer company stripe which disable account after verification of identity and they are using stripe for identity verification.

Obviously a company that is partnered…

Obviously a company that is partnered with a scamming company "stripe" Both are scammers, one makes unauthorized charges and another holds the payouts of Muslim owned Businesses. Charged my card 4 times in a row, I was told that I will only be charged maximum 19$ + 4$ for texting, but they just keep charging for registration appeals etc. Their customer services and information reviewing algorithm is robotic and sh*- just like Stripe.
