"Innovative Product That's Always Improving"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? When I used OpenPhone phone back in 2019 it wasn't as useful as it was today. Now they have all kinds of integrations I even asked in late 2022 if they would have features such as forwarding SMS messages to email addresses or Slack. At that time they said they didn't have it but acknowledged my question. Come 2023, and they have the features!

"Simplified communication in a team with multiple supervisors"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability to have one number for subordinates to use to contact several supervisors that switch between being on call during a given shift.

Good customer support

The response times have been great for the most part. It's difficult not to be able to speak with someone at times but they get back to you quickly so that makes up for it.

"Seems to work well"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It's rather inexpensive and to seems to work well. Better than the other service I used before. Actually shows me who is calling which is more than the other phone service.

"Very useful and slick VOIP service"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Slick user interface, great notification tools, powerful features (even for a solo entrepreneur), really reasonable pricing. It's more functional (and actually maintained) compared to Google Voice. Also has Canadian numbers, which can be rare. Call recording features are great and intuitive.

Quick support response

I have had to contact support twice (for two different issues), and both times the issues were resolved quickly and accurately. Expectations and timelines were communicated and a clear explanation of the issue was provided as well.
