Very happy with OpenPhone
Very happy with OpenPhone, the quality that the team of OpenPhone have put into the UI and UX of the web app and mac app is very noticeable. Support has been quick and very pleasant... couldn't ask for anything more in a product.

Simple interface that is easy to use
Simple interface that is easy to use. There was an issue with billing that was resolved quickly via email. Only issue is that sometimes using the app on my cell there is a lag in the conversation (like the original cell phones). Using the desktop (which is connected via ethernet instead of wifi) it worked very well yesterday.
