Superior customer support
I've called on the support team three or four times since signing on with OpenPhone almost a year ago, and the service has been consistently fast, curteous, relevant and clear. I wish customer support was always like this!

We LOVE it -- fast, easy and robust!
We have had simply the BEST experience with Open Phone! We started our firm with another phone company and everything was challenge. (And boy, do I mean EVERYTHING!) The move to Open Phone was fast and easy and their tech support team has been SUPER responsive. Their videos make it simple and our team LOVES how easy it is to use. HIGHLY recommend! (I wish I'd picked them from the beginning!)

Quick and simple!
I had made a mistake with the subscription plan and the customer service representative (Alejandro) was able to quickly make the correct adjustment and reimburse the difference in cost. They made the process very easy and quick! Thank you!
