Disrespectful and zero transparency
I have received one disturbing email from OpenPhone telling me that they have blocked my account due to “violating the terms and conditions” as they claim. I did contact them explaining that there was absolutely no activity in the first place up to this moment on that phone number, mainly used for providing phone support to our customers when necessary, in addition to sharing the same phone with the bank and a couple of other online services for billing purposes. OpenPhone’s customer support AWESOME!
OpenPhone’s customer support is the best, HANDS DOWN!!! The application opened up the communication between all employees by having all conversations in one thread.
