Exceptional team and service! Definitely putting their clients first.
I'm the founder of a non-profit in the Bay Area that helps out immigrants with their immigration process. Our phone system is a paramount necessity in our practice. Best phone app for entrepreneurs with AI features that are actually useful
The UI/UX is seamless and polished making it a joy to use. The new AI contact suggestions are awesome! Whenever I receive a voicemail, the app now pre-fills the contact details which saves me so much time. Thank you OpenPhone!

I wish I knew about this business…
I wish I knew about this business before I added a second line. But I was able to transfer my line from AT&T, which was around $60 to this company which is half that and has much more control over what I can’t do. Pretty impressive technology.

SCAM ALERT ! Absolutely no regard for customers…
Absolutely no regard for their customers. OpenPhone uses fraudulent tactics to lure customers and then suspend accounts when they pay the annual subscription. They don't even have the decency to refund back the unused months if they, like a god, decide to close the account someday. Customer support is a waste of time.

A friend of mine suggested me to use openphone for my company, I have a small office with about 6 employees, we didn't have any hightech phone system and I thought something like openphone won't work for us, I was afraid to switch because the phone lines are the first point of touch for our customers and I didn't want to risk it. Game changer for my small business
Game changer for my small business ! I’m so grateful for this app. It has helped me grow my agency in many ways due to ability to have more seamless communication between my in-house team, clients and contractors.
