I wish I knew about this business…

I wish I knew about this business before I added a second line. But I was able to transfer my line from AT&T, which was around $60 to this company which is half that and has much more control over what I can’t do. Pretty impressive technology.

Exceptional team and service! Definitely putting their clients first.

I'm the founder of a non-profit in the Bay Area that helps out immigrants with their immigration process. Our phone system is a paramount necessity in our practice. We've been looking to port out our Google Voice number (we signed up for it just to get started with a number) to a better service provider when we found OpenPhone. Charged me wrongfully

I have signed for a monthly subscription, which is $19, but they charged me $156 (which is annual charge I guess). I try to contact them, but still waiting for reply. I would't trust them if I didn't have to. I hope they see that and not only refund me but also compensate me for the time wasted to deal with them.

SCAM ALERT ! Absolutely no regard for customers…

Absolutely no regard for their customers. OpenPhone uses fraudulent tactics to lure customers and then suspend accounts when they pay the annual subscription. They don't even have the decency to refund back the unused months if they, like a god, decide to close the account someday. Customer support is a waste of time.

A friend of mine suggested me to use openphone for my company, I have a small office with about 6 employees, we didn't have any hightech phone system and I thought something like openphone won't work for us, I was afraid to switch because the phone lines are the first point of touch for our customers and I didn't want to risk it. Game changer for my small business !
