"Started strong, but underwhelmed after extended use"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Simple IVR system does what I need it to do, apps work decently well on web and android, quite a few features that make it a really great service. Scheduling messages and message snippets are really handy, and I haven't had any issues with call quality.

"Perfect for what we were looking for, some small glitches"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability to have a second phone line for my business operating on my cell phone at a reasonable price and with minimal downtime/ performance glitches. Also the ability to have second lines available for other users, and for those lines to be monitored. Automatic call recording included at the basic price point is also a huge feature for us.

"Easy to set up & no need for a 2nd phone"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? NOT having to carry a 2nd phone is magical. Texting works almost perfectly (sometimes pics don't always come through) but texting is awesome. Price point is good overall.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like that all the calls are recorded. Also, the IVR system is very easy to set up. The analytics are fantastic as well. The hubspot integration is great

"My Favorite Software when it comes to Business Phone"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I use OpenPhone on a daily basis as a business phone. I use it to call and text my prospects and clients. OpenPhone provides every feature you need as an agency owner like voicemail drops, voicemail transcriptions and call recording. It also has Android and ios apps that I use for calling and sending text messages. This is an incredible tool every business owner/ agency owner must have.
