"Missing a few features but I really like OpenPhone!"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like that I can use it as a very lightweight CRM. I store all the essential information about my clients there and can easily find it. The primary use of OpenPhone is as a VOIP phone, but I find myself using the CRM-type features a lot as well.

"Started strong, but underwhelmed after extended use"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Simple IVR system does what I need it to do, apps work decently well on web and android, quite a few features that make it a really great service. Scheduling messages and message snippets are really handy, and I haven't had any issues with call quality.
