Signup, Interface, App and Support, all Great

Smooth signup process. Good interface. Good mobile app. Most of all, good Support response. Initially we wanted to go with Dialpad but their signup process had too many glitches. Their support had no solution but to delete the account and have us start over. It happened at least twice. We are glad we chose OpenPhone and so far, our experience has been great.

"OpenPhone is the perfect solution for my startup!"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? So far I am happy with practically everything about OpenPhone. The software works very well and the app on your mobile phone differentiates calls to the OpenPhone business phone number versus my personal phone number. There are tons of features that grow with your needs. I could not be happier with their service at this point!

"So nice to have your entire telephone system at your keyboard!"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? We love the ability to type our text messages out on our computer (much faster and more efficient). Being able to answer the phone from multiple users and compile together to make sure all customers are taken care of keeps our business in order! We are so happy to choose them over the competition

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The option to add multiple members, also the ability to leave notes on a lead is super helpful. I also like the fact that it gives an update about the delivery status of the messages we sent

There are no employees to talk to at OpenPhone. There is nothing quick about waiting days for an email to come that does not really answer any questions. Great customer service! Quick and helpful 🙌

I've been having difficulties porting my existing number. Jenny from OpenPhone got back to me within less than 2 hours, helped with the issue, and made sure I don't have to pay for the service until I can start using it. It is very clear that OpenPhone wants me to become a happy user, and this experience makes me trust that I'm making a good decision porting over to OpenPhone. My issue is now resolved, and my number should be officially ported in a few days 🎉
