Decent, but there's room for improvement
I've worked with them for a year or two now, and no complaints; everything works the way it's supposed to - nevertheless, there is still substantial room for improvement; notable examples are making customized ringtones applicable in the way of it being an option for customers as well as flexible payment options regardless of what plan you have or subscription. "OpenPhone, great solutions for a business phone system"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? Integration with Salesforce is great, contacts are automatically imported. Also the ability to see all communication (calls and messages) in a single screen, very helpful.

I signed up for the 'free trial'...
I signed up for the 'free trial'... I signed up for the 'free trial'. . I had been permanently blocked. and no reply, I was promised I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. today i was charge 156.00 of my credit card - no response or live person to speak

Hidden fees and bad customer service
1) It's terrible that there are hidden fees from the 'free' number that you get at first, and the second year, they charge you $120 for it to a 'business phone registration' service that they tell you you must sign up to and turns out it's a company that does the registration for you and they charge for it and you sign up without evert knowing or giving consent of the price 2) difficult to reach customer service 3) I get ALL the spam calls that would get blocked otherwise on a regular phone ...

SIGNUP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
Please trust me. Choose another company other than Openphone. I wish someone in customer service would actually help. My company has been a customer for almost a year. The service is fine, but there is virtually no customer service - no one to chat or talk to. Sometimes they respond, but the agents either do not fully understand English, based on the answers, or lack clear responses I get back, or they do not bother getting back. Customer service is quick
Customer service is quick, responsive, kind, and competent. They actually listened to my concern and then found a solution. There is a saying "You get what you pay for" OpenPhone found a way to provide value at an affordable price. Much props. Highly recommend. Especially if you are a solopreneur.
