"Pretty Awesome and one of the best and user-frendly Digital phone I have ever used."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Texting option. This is great for our business as 90% of our clients are keen to use text and this helps us a lot through out the business. Also, the little reactions that we can add, that's pretty thoughtful.

The service in general is quite poor

The service in general is quite poor. Half of my receiving calls were missed. Customer service is even worst.

The worst customer service you can have.

It's been the third day since I first contact. I contacted multiple times for the invoice related questions, and still, no reply from this company. I hope this review will ring a bell to you. One of the worst customer service ever...Moving over to Ring Central, they have better customer service there.

"Open phone is great for a one man show"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like that you can automate a sms message out to a caller when you miss the call and/or when they leave a voicemail. What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

Account was verified and all worked fine, walk up to my account had been blocked so stressed and so upset! no one to speak to about it either

Scammers!

They charged my card for $156 for yearly subscription and next day they blocked my account i tried to emailed them many times but nobody is responding.

"Pretty Darn Cool!"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The interface is great, it reminds me of Discord, but easier :) I can get calls to multiple cell phones, the text option is great too! The price is affordable.

Decent, but there's room for improvement

I've worked with them for a year or two now, and no complaints; everything works the way it's supposed to - nevertheless, there is still substantial room for improvement; notable examples are making customized ringtones applicable in the way of it being an option for customers as well as flexible payment options regardless of what plan you have or subscription. The mobile app could also be improved by adding customized colored skins as well as the desktop version being optimized for desktop ...
