What do you like best about OpenPhone? We have been able to communicate with our clients through text and get responses more rapidly than by email. It makes it easier for them, as well.

The service has been excellent
The service has been excellent. Great call quality. No dropped calls. The customer service has been equally as good. And the price is right at $10. Hard to ask for more.

Basically open phone banned my account…
Basically open phone banned my account without any reason and i am providing all the necessary details then why open phone not open my account replying me also after a day

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Texting option. This is great for our business as 90% of our clients are keen to use text and this helps us a lot through out the business. Also, the little reactions that we can add, that's pretty thoughtful.

"Buggy interface, lack of customer service"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I am updating my review based on my experience using OpenPhone for nearly a year. I have constant dropped calls and issues loading the platform on my PC. I am unable to talk to a real person at OpenPhone regarding these issues so I will be switching to another provider.
