Best Decision We’ve made for our business and customers!

I have switched over 2 of my companies over to OpenPhone honestly it’s the best move we’ve done. We have a few suggestions, but over all it’s awesome and so worth it!!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It helped me alot being a virtual executive assistant. I was able to call overseas with my assigned US number. I use it for travel assistance, bookings, and appoitments for my client. And I have not encountered anu issues so far.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open phone give you the oportunity to have a phone line where you could call from your personal device without giving people your personal number. It keeps business separate from personal life, but all is in one device. Also the messaging and the ability to leave voice mesasges is great.

Open phone shut me down aftwr 3 days and took my yearly subscription without return

We uses this service for texting people who submit their inquiry form for our services and welcoming them. We have 10-20 text messages daily with confirmations going out. Open phone shut our old account after a year and our new account after 3 days for doing “suspicious activity” without any reason or opportunity to verify if what we are doing is in fact suspicious activity. We have submitted forms, emails back asking to be contacted for resolution 3 times and never heard back. To add to ...
