Perfect for call & text service facilities
I'm running a service center of 3D printers that I use Openphone as a tool to help our customers. This is an Amazing tool it makes texting super easy that we can use Ctril+C and Ctril+V to send a picture/screen shot for technical support instead of saving a picture locally first. It has "snippet" feature that we don't need to use a 3rd party tool to store FAQ templates. It has the best monitoring recording functionality in my opinion for training purposes that all phone calls are ...

Glad I made the switch
The customer service is fantastic and I love that I can keep my business contacts separate from my personal ones. The UI is great and self explanatory. So far I am glad I made the switch to Open Phone. Thank you.

modified review
I modify review according to reply from openphone, result is the same even though originally I got phone and messaging it then became no messaging only phone for same price. I am unhappy that now I have to give stripe permission to save all my information and register me and if I do not want to and all I want to do is pay I simply can't but realize that it is not in your control and you do try to give good service and always answer any inquiry promptly.

Best phone app for entrepreneurs with AI features that are actually useful
The UI/UX is seamless and polished making it a joy to use. The new AI contact suggestions are awesome! Whenever I receive a voicemail, the app now pre-fills the contact details which saves me so much time. Thank you OpenPhone!

Charged me wrongfully
I have signed for a monthly subscription, which is $19, but they charged me $156 (which is annual charge I guess). I try to contact them, but still waiting for reply. I would't trust them if I didn't have to. I hope they see that and not only refund me but also compensate me for the time wasted to deal with them.

I wish I knew about this business…
I wish I knew about this business before I added a second line. But I was able to transfer my line from AT&T, which was around $60 to this company which is half that and has much more control over what I can’t do. Pretty impressive technology.

Exceptional team and service! Definitely putting their clients first.
I'm the founder of a non-profit in the Bay Area that helps out immigrants with their immigration process. Our phone system is a paramount necessity in our practice. We've been looking to port out our Google Voice number (we signed up for it just to get started with a number) to a better service provider when we found OpenPhone. After weeks of trying to decide between RingCentral, Ooma, etc., we did the walkthrough trial and was super impressed with how innovative and user-friendly their ...
