What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open phone has created a simple interface so that start ups don't have to waste time learning a new software. I was able to register, and get my phone number for my business, and start connecting with customers in less than 15 minutes.

"Excellent onboarding experience and technical support"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? Custom support is great. I typically dread not having access to live customer support via phone because trying to communicate technical problems over chat or email often requires many iterations and explanations are poor. Open phone tech support was very thourogh and clear and my problem was resolved at the end of the day.

"Good service, Quality Connection"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? The interface of openphone is pretty intuitive and is good both on the computer (using a Mac) and phone (using Android). Voice call quality is good, particularly when my network connection is good. Software updates are frequent. Setup was easy, for me and my team. When I wanted to add a team member who signed up independently, OpenPhone support made it easy to add the team member to the main account. Voicemail to text function works pretty well.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like that I can use this on my cell phone or on my work computer or my home computer. It's very versatile, it keeps track of all my contacts in one location even though my location changes frequently.
