I would never ever ever recommend this…
I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. I own a hair salon and had my numbers ported over which didn’t work 100 percent but I was giving them time to work out the kinks but without any warning they blocked me from using their service. Now they are basically holding my numbers hostage to not be able to port them back to my old carrier. One of these numbers has been my company’s number for 15 years. DONT BUY! Had openphone for a few months now and…
Had openphone for a few months now and it's not worth the hassle. Customers can never hear us, Cant see call prompts, Constant dropped calls. When contacting support they never give us a straight answer, beat around the bush or blame in on out service. We have excellent service and commercial internet within our offices. We eventually switched to Dialpad.

"Open Phone"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is organized very well and the threaded conversations with customers that include calls and messages is a big help. Also having the ability to comment in messages and assign tasks for others to respond to is very impactful.

"Call and text like a local, but everywhere"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love the fact that you can have a US business number without having any expensive phone carrier. I've been searching a lot and Openphone has the best UX experience so far. I love the fact that you can have an APP, a Desktop app and also work on the browser. The fact that you can set up an automate text when you cannot pick a call is fantastic, and so it is the fact that you can create a voicemail message in seconds. I love it!
